The affairs of the Congregation shall be managed by the Leadership Board commonly referred to as a board of Elders and Trustees in the traditional setting. The team shall consist of seven voting members and the Pastor as facilitator, but without a vote. Each member shall be elected for one term of three years beginning in January following the election, except for the first Chronological election of this council, where those elected will be activated for service immediately. An elected member can serve more than one term provided that there is a one-year sabbatical between terms. In addition to these functions, the Church Leadership Board provides for the congregation’s pastoral needs, the personal needs of the membership and the needs for spiritual discipline and growth of the Christian faith.
